**Leasing** means you pay monthly to use a new car for a set period (usually 2-3 years), then return it. You avoid long-term wear-and-tear costs and always drive the latest model. It's ideal if you like new cars and low maintenance.

**Buying** means you own the vehicle outright (or finance it until you pay it off). You build equity, can keep the car as long as you want, and customize it. It's better if you drive high mileage or plan to keep your car for years.
