Having the right documents speeds up the process and shows lenders you're organized. Typically, you'll want to bring a valid photo ID, proof of income (recent pay stubs or tax returns), proof of residence (utility bill or lease), and your Social Security Number (for credit check).

If you're self-employed, bring tax returns and business documentation. If you have a co-signer, they'll need the same.

Our Finance team at (779) 265-4427 can give you a complete checklist before you visit. Even if you don't have everything perfect, they'll let you know what's most important and help you gather what you need. Many buyers start online or call for a quick pre-approval, then bring documents in when they're ready to finalize. We're here to make it smooth-just reach out, and they'll guide you.
